First the not so obvious, there is no similarity between Representative Democracy and Shariah. Sharia Law is "Law" and not Shariah.

And then the even less obvious, Shariah provides the framework for international Liberty and freedom. It's central tenet is not imposition, but preservation of the free will of the individual.
